Terms of Service

1. Booking Contract & Eligibility

By submitting a rental reservation, you enter into a binding contract with Saundarya Palace to rent selected designer garments for your specified period. Customers must be over 18 and present valid photo identity matching the order details during pickup.

2. Return Timelines & Penalties

Outfit pickup and return must be completed at our showroom at Old Bus Stand, Rampur. Standard rentals are for 48 or 72 hours. Delays in returning garments are subject to late return charges equivalent to 25% of the rental fee per day.

3. Damage, Loss & Deposit Deductions

You agree to return the outfit in a clean and uncompromised condition. Small removable stains are fully covered. Severe structural damages (e.g. burn holes, fabric tears, permanent chemicals) will lead to deductions from the refundable security deposit or request for replacement values.

4. Alterations & Maintenance

Garments are dry-cleaned and sanitized prior to rental collection. In-house alterations will be executed by our professional tailor team on the day of pickup. You are not allowed to make private custom alterations, stitch elements, or dry-clean the garments yourself.
