We collect the personal details necessary to execute booking agreements and safeguard outfit rentals. This includes your full name, contact number, family contact number (husband/father details), and address.

2. Identity Verification & KYC Uploads

To prevent rental losses and enforce security deposits, we require customers to upload photo verification (customer profile photo and a dress checkout photo) during the rental checkout. These documents are stored securely inside encrypted Cloudinary database buckets. They are accessed exclusively by authorized staff for booking validation.

3. Storage & Security

All transaction history, customer details, and files are protected using standard secure protocol channels. KYC documents are deleted or archived once booking returns and security deposit settlements are fully completed.

4. Disclosures to Third Parties

Saundarya Palace never sells, shares, or rents your personal details to third-party marketing companies. Data is only utilized to complete pickup/return services and process payments.
