Rental Policies

Read our standard rules regarding bookings, security deposits, adjustments, and returns.

Rental Duration & Late Returns

Standard rental periods are 2 days (48 hours) or 3 days (72 hours) as chosen during checkout.
Late returns will incur a fee equivalent to 25% of the total rental price per day.
In case of extreme delays exceeding 4 days, the complete security deposit may be forfeited.

A fully refundable security deposit is calculated for select designer pieces to safeguard against critical damage.
The security deposit will be settled and refunded to your bank account within 24 hours of inspection upon return.
Only minor tailor adjustments (e.g. bust/waist fitting, hem adjustments) are permitted, performed exclusively by our in-house master tailors.
Self-alterations or third-party alterations are strictly prohibited and will count as structural damage.

Normal wear-and-tear (e.g., loose threads, tiny bead shedding, small removable stains) is fully covered.
Major damages (e.g., fabric tears, deep burns, non-removable ink/wine stains, loss of items) will be assessed upon return.
If the outfit is returned in an unwearable condition or is lost, you will be liable to pay the replacement cost or forfeit the security deposit.

Every outfit undergoes professional, high-grade dry cleaning and sanitization before being handed over to you.
You do NOT need to wash or dry-clean the outfit before returning it. Our commercial laundry handling is fully covered under the rental fee.
