Rental & Deposit Policies

Standard rental periods are 3 days (72 hours), 4 days, or 7 days (full wedding week package) selected at checkout.

The first day of your booking is your pickup / dispatch date, and the final day is your designated return date.

Rental extensions can be requested up to 24 hours in advance via WhatsApp stylist support at standard daily prorated fees.

Unannounced late returns incur a daily fee of 20% of the item rental price to protect scheduled reservations of next clients.

A refundable security deposit is calculated dynamically based on designer retail tier (clearly broken down in your cart).

Deposit settlement is initiated within 24 hours of item return and physical verification by our QC atelier team.

Direct bank transfers / UPI refunds reflect immediately upon release verification.

Complimentary blouse bust/waist adjustments and lehenga skirt waist adjustments are performed by our in-house master tailors.

Temporary stitched tucks and custom hook adjustments ensure zero structural damage to intricate zardozi and silk weaves.

Self-tailoring, cutting of inner fabrics, or permanent third-party glue/hemming is strictly prohibited.

Every outfit undergoes hospital-grade UV-C and commercial hypoallergenic dry cleaning before release.

Minor cosmetic wear (e.g. slight inner lining scuffs, minor loose sequence or normal sweat) is 100% covered without penalty.

Do NOT attempt to wash or spot-treat the outfits yourself — our specialized textile restorers handle all cleaning upon return.
